I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel and I must say, the hotel truly exceeded my high expectations in every aspect. Their transport assistance was impeccable - despite a minor hiccup with the shuttle to the airport, the staff's proactive solution of driving us themselves showcased exceptional customer service. Secondly, the room amenities were top-notch; the availability of ironing facilities and the complimentary upgrade to a larger room made my stay even more comfortable. Lastly, the attention to detail with tea and coffee facilities in the room, along with the soundproofed rooms ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, truly set Novotel apart. My experience at Novotel was outstanding, and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a flawless blend of comfort and service excellence.
